The overall development of the Wagholi area has always been a priority, and a positive approach has consistently been taken towards it. Whether it is carrying out various initiatives through the Anil Bhau Satav Patil Foundation or following up with the government for different development works in the interest of the citizens, the progress graph of Wagholi has always been rising.

Clean Wagholi
During the Pandharpur pilgrimage, the "Nirmal Wari Abhiyan" is carried out as part of the procession of Sant Tukaram Maharaj and Sant Dnyaneshwar Maharaj, focusing on cleanliness drives. Additionally, over 50,000 dustbins have been distributed in the Wagholi area for waste segregation.
Safety
Through the Wagheswar Gram Suraksha Sanghathan in Wagholi, efforts are made to control the increasing crimes in the area. Additionally, manpower is provided to assist the police force during public events such as processions, movements, traffic management, Vijaystambh celebrations, Wari festival, meetings, and other similar programs.
Women Empowerment
In line with women's empowerment, efforts have been made in Wagholi to provide free training to women in driving four-wheelers, as well as in new skills such as beauty parlour services, sewing, and more. Women have been encouraged to stand on their own feet and become self-reliant through these initiatives.
Cultural
Service initiatives are carried out during the Pandharpur Wari procession of Jagadguru Sant Tukaram Maharaj and Sant Dnyaneshwar Maharaj, the Shirdi Sai Baba procession, as well as at various other religious events and festivals.
Social Work
To address the issues of citizens from all sections of Wagholi and surrounding areas and to ensure they receive the appropriate amenities and comforts, various public welfare works have been carried out and initiatives have been implemented at personal expense.
Sports
By organizing various competitions such as the C.M. Cup, the grand district-level Farmer's Honor Kabaddi Tournament, and the Pune Half Marathon, significant contributions are made to the field of sports.
Digital Wagholi
To promote digital transactions and ensure people stay connected with each other through social media in various parts of Wagholi, free Wi-Fi facilities have been provided at nearly 25 locations.
